Product Nature & Variability

Our products may be fulfilled via:

• Print-on-demand (POD) manufacturing, and/or

• Non-POD production, including but not limited to small-batch, cut-and-sew, limited runs, or third-party manufacturing.

Due to the nature of these production methods:

• Final products may vary slightly in colour, texture, sizing, print placement, or material from images displayed online.

• Such variations are not defects, but inherent characteristics of the production process.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• Exact colour accuracy across screens and devices

• Fit suitability beyond published size guides

• Longevity of prints or materials when garments are not cared for according to instructions

Artistic Expression

All designs are artistic interpretations. Any resemblance to historical figures, cultural icons, public personas, or artworks is transformative, expressive, and non-endorsing in nature.

We do not claim affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by any individual, estate, institution, museum, brand, or rights holder unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use, wear, resale, or inability to use our products.

• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

1. Products & Fulfilment

We sell apparel and goods produced via:

• Print-on-demand services, and

• Non-print-on-demand manufacturing (including limited releases and physical inventory).

Production times, dispatch times, and delivery estimates may vary depending on the item and supplier.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be received in full prior to order processing.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or stock limitations.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timeframes are estimates only.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of print-on-demand and limited-run products:

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless required by law.

• Refunds or replacements may be issued only if an item is:

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged upon arrival

Claims must be submitted within [5] days of delivery with photographic evidence.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artworks, graphics, text, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of ICYS, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any designs without written permission.

• Use our content for resale, NFTs, or derivative works without authorisation.

6. Use of Products

Products are intended for personal wear and artistic expression.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by misuse

• Improper washing or care

• Alterations made after purchase

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW, QLD, VIC Australia], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
