Due to the nature of our products, including print-on-demand items and limited-run releases, ICYS does not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Please ensure you review product descriptions, sizing guides, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
ICYS will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if an item:

Is incorrect (wrong item or wrong size sent)
This is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a remedy, you must:

Contact ICYS within 7 days of receiving your order

Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
4. Print-on-Demand & Production Variations
Due to the nature of print-on-demand and small-batch manufacturing:

Minor variations in colour, print placement, texture, or finish are not considered faults

Differences caused by screen display or lighting are not grounds for a refund
5. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:

ICYS reserves the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is the most appropriate resolution.
6. Return Shipping

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
7. Sale Items
Items marked as sale, discounted, or final release are non-refundable unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
