This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with ICYS (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. Order Processing

ICYS products may be fulfilled via:

  • Print-on-demand (POD) manufacturing, and/or

  • Non-print-on-demand production, including limited releases, small-batch manufacturing, or physical inventory.

Because of this:

  • Processing times vary by product

  • Orders are produced after purchase unless otherwise stated

Estimated processing times:

  • Print-on-demand items: 2–7 business days

  • Non-POD / limited drops: Processing times will be stated on the product page where applicable

2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Australia: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Public holidays

  • Events beyond our control

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and size

  • Shipping method selected

All prices are displayed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

4. Tracking

Where available:

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched

  • Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier

ICYS is not responsible for tracking delays or incomplete updates from carriers.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • ICYS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

ICYS is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Lost or delayed packages due to address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed:

ICYS is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers but will assist where possible.

8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be:

  • Shipped separately

  • Fulfilled from different locations

This may result in multiple deliveries under one order.
